$300 flat fee

Includes:

2-3 Prenatal appointments(depending on your circumstances)
Email, text and phone support during pregnancy
Suggestions on what to put in your birth plan
Help with writing up a birth plan
Support during labor until the birth of the baby
Support during the delivery of the placenta
Support after delivery until breast feeding or bottle feeding is established up to 3 hours
2 post partum visits
Documentation of the birth through my notes and photos
48 hours phone support after birth
On-Call support from 38 weeks gestation until birth
$150 deposit and paperwork due before I will block out my schedule

Payment Plans as little as $20 a month can be set up at your first meeting with me 

Additional Post-Partum appointments 
$20 per hour

Additional time after birth
$15 per hour
